Terminating the Service
By You. You may terminate any of the Services or subscriptions at any time by texting STOP to 91009.
Frequency of Messaging
Jobmatic alerts are delivered via text messaging to your mobile phone, 7 msgs/week.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JOBMATIC.IO WEBSITE AND SERVICE TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
jobmatic.io (“jobmatic.io ”, “We” or “Us”) own and are responsible for the jobmatic.io website (“Site”) and the products and services (“Services”) offered through the Site. The information on the Site is for general informational purposes as a service to its visitors and users. Use of the Site is expressly subject to this jobmatic.io Website and Service Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). By using the Site or/and by accessing or using the Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site and/or its Services.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by notifying you as provided in this Agreement, provided that no notice shall be required for non-substantive changes to the Agreement. If we substantively amend this Agreement, we will give you at least seven (7) days notice before the changes take effect, during which period of time you may reject the changes by terminating your account. Your continued use of our Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future terms of use, do not use or access or continue to access our Services. This Agreement applies to all employers, jobseekers, visitors, and others who access the Site and the Services (“Users”).
USE OF THE SITE
You may only view, download, and print materials from the Site, subject to the following conditions:
– The materials may be used only for personal, noncommercial, and informational purposes;
– The materials cannot be modified or redistributed; and
– You may not modify or remove any copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials or on any copies of the materials.
Any use of the Site not expressly granted herein is prohibited. You may not reproduce, republish, or publicly display, perform or distribute, or otherwise use the materials on the Site for any public or commercial purpose or prepare any modifications to or prepare derivative works based on the contents of the Site. The information on the Site is provided without any warranty regarding its accuracy, currentness, and/or reliability.

Other marks, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, and scripts noted on the Site are jobmatic.io service marks, trademarks, and trade dress are the sole and exclusive property of jobmatic.io . These service marks, trademarks, and trade dress may not be used in any manner. All other trademarks not owned by jobmatic.io that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

Messaging Policy
Jobmatic offers an SMS messaging service. You can opt-in to our services by texting “Jobmatic ” to 91009. You may choose to opt-in to our SMS messaging service at your own discretion, and you may opt-out at any time. We will communicate with you via SMS for the purposes of service alerts and notifications. We may also send promotional messages. Participating carriers include: AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Nextel & Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable (edited) for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply. You will receive an average of 7 messages per week, but we may occasionally exceed this number in certain circumstances. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To cancel, text “STOP” to 91009. We will respond with a single SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may, at any time, text “HELP” to 91009 for a brief help message. We will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. MODIFICATIONS
jobmatic.io may make changes to the Site at any time.
ELIGIBILITY
You may use our Services only if you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and can form a binding contract with jobmatic.io , and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use or access to the Services by anyone under 18 is prohibited and in violation of this Agreement.
The Services are not available to any Users previously removed from accessing the Services by jobmatic.io .
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then
– “you” includes you and that entity, and
– you represent and warrant that you are an authorised representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the entity’s behalf.
